Product Management3
All the product information is supported by the software, including its photo, brand and categories for a better organization. A product can be blocked at purchase, sale or both. AfterWave also manages the packages and purchase/sale prices with their min and Max limits.

When editing a delivery voucher, AfterWave reserves the quantity entered for a configurable period of time, which avoids errors at validation
Integrated Workflow5
All documents in AfterWave are governed by a predefined Workflow: the document is in draft status then validated. If the user wants to change it, he must have the necessary access right and must justify the modification. Validated documents cannot be deleted but can be invalidated.
Batch Management6
Batch management is a standard in some activity sectors where tracking expiration dates or advanced product properties are mandatory. The pricing can be either by batch or by product, the products may be mentioned perishable or not for expiration date tracking.
Price Strategy7
AfterWave supports several pricing strategies: per product, batch, or quantity range. The price list, included as standard, is a powerful tool for editing and maintaining prices. You can view the price list following three modes (by product, batch or quantity) and manipulate the different sales prices. AfterWave allows calculating prices from other prices (including the last purchase price or WAP…) using mathematical formulas developed for a greater efficiency.
All documents at your disposal8
With AfterWave, you can manage any type of document including purchase, sale and stock documents. A document is presented in a feature-rich and flexible form with possible layout customizations.
No information retyping9
Save time and avoid the risk of error by transferring documents directly from one type to another depending on the sequence of operations without any information being input again; the transformation is there to guide you in a few steps in this procedure, you will have nothing to re-enter.
Multi-warehouse and transfers10
AfterWave manages perfectly the multi-warehouses by creating the necessary documents and provides a careful follow-up of the transfer of goods from one warehouse to another. Distinguish in AfterWave the transfer from the transfer order to guarantee the safe arrival of the goods sent. Transfer orders are configurable and perfectly managed by creating the necessary document types.

Whether it is for the payment of your purchases or your sales, you have in AfterWave the choice between the simple or advanced mode with the possibility to pay several documents at once with the multiple payment function.
Stock Journals12
Several journals are at your disposal: Commercial stock journal involving documents that affect the logical quantity of the stock (delivery voucher, goods receipt, supplier return and customer return), physical inventory journal that is concerned by the documents affecting physical quantity (exit voucher, entry voucher), inter-warehouse transfer journal to track movements between warehouses.

Physical Inventory14
Do not be overtaken by your inventory at the end of the year, track it with a continuous inventory. With an undeniable ease you can easily create your inventories with the help of a wizard. Two possibilities are available: physical inventory which requires an exclusive work on the stock and real time that allows tracking automatically and in real time each entry and exit in inventory (logical/physical) via the documents that affect it.
Quota Management15
In some areas of activity, quotas are proving to be of major use. The quota per commercial gives the latter the responsibility to manage the items in small quantities without touching the rest of the stock. Salesmen can exchange quotas with each other or ask the manager for more quotas.
Transaction Follow-Up16
With AfterWave, keep track of all your transactions in a smooth and convenient manner. All cash receipts and disbursements are governed by records containing all information concerning them, maturity, reference including currency and status change for complete traceability. Transactions can be classified into several categories for a better organization.

All actions related to documents are in the same software, with AfterWave, scan your documents, manage their check-out and check-in, and edit them even without having a dedicated document editor, AfterWave is there for you
