Works tackles the problem at the source by moving any deleted document or transaction to the Bin preserving document information with the deletion information as the user name, deletion date, and even the machine name.

This way, control who does what, display/hide information as you wish for designated people (documents, treasury account, companies) and keeps constantly a journal auditing and tracing all the actions on the system.
