Multi Enterprise Management1
Manage multiple companies in the same database, for greater flexibility the folders are grouped into collections, which can for example represent the fiscal year.
Complete Purchasing/Sales cycle Management2
It includes full business management including purchases, sales, inventory and advanced transformation procedures with multiple personalization possibilities. The customer and supplier sheets are rich in information, with the possibility of including multiple contacts for each one. Various journals abundant in filters and information are available allowing a view of the activity at a glance.
Stock Management3
Control the status and value of your stock with a sharp management (physical, logical, damaged, arrival, reservation). The Stock Explorer provides you with a master-detail view allowing you to have the batch distribution per warehouse and even per location. You can also view your product stocks by warehouse in a dynamic cross view offering personalization capabilities of the display according to your needs with charts included.
Multiple warehouses4
Work with an unrestricted number of warehouses, they can be structured in locations and managed by management centers. Cross-warehouse transfers in Zorg goes through an advanced workflow using the concept of transfer order to serve as an intermediary before ensuring the effective arrival of the merchandise in the destination warehouse. You can also follow the transfer progress in the progression bars of the cross-warehouse transfer journal.
Management centers management5
Simplify and organize warehouse administration through delocalized management centers that are entities of their own with their own coordinates. A management center will allow you to manage a group of warehouses under the responsibility of designated users. As a result, security will be maximized.
Location Management6
Zorg offers optimal location management, so you can define a number of locations for a given warehouse, to each location can be assigned a maximum weight/volume. A number of locations can also be created automatically for a warehouse.
Batch Management7
Zorg Commercial offers advanced batch management with expiration date tracking and pricing adapted by product or batch. Batches can be classified based in 5 different categories, two of which are hierarchical to cover different organizational cases. Different quantities per batch can be tracked: physical, logical, reserved or damaged.
Easy and powerful Inventory8
Zorg Commercial transforms the usually painful and tedious inventory into a simplified approach using a wizard that in a few steps guides you step-by-step into the process. The Create Inventory wizard allows you to specify which warehouses and locations to inventory. For more safety, you can specify which users will perform the inventory and indicate the quantity that will be used by each of them.
Treasury9
Treasury in Zorg offers multiple features, including Revenue/Expense journal which shows in a simple listing all transactions with all information referring to them. Zorg offers you the possibility to view the bank statement for a selected account, and to perform bank reconciliation for a careful follow-up of the concordance with your bank statements or to have a precise traceability of the checkbooks and bank deposits.
Third-Party Management10
Zorg allows you to properly organize your third parties by creating groups. A group can be blocked for sale, purchase or both. A max balance calculating method is associated with that group, and a note or coordinates can also be added. Zorg allows you a quick analysis of your third parties with a global customer/supplier situation based on invoicing mode or goods movement.
Quota Management11
In several areas, quotas are of major use: the stock of some call products is in minimum value and salespeople must streamline their consumption. The quota per commercial gives the responsibility to manage these items in small quantities without affecting the rest of the stock. Salespeople can exchange quotas between them or ask their manager for more quotas.
Journals12
Zorg offers you a large number of journals to allow you to have a clear view of your data: commercial stock, physical stock, purchases, sales, orders, goods movements… to name a few. Each journal has a large number of filters to restrict data view to your own needs. Floating bars completing information are also available like Totals or More information to make available a large quantity of data in the same interface.
Third Party and Product Analytical Sheets13
Have a summary of your data at your fingertips for a quick and effective analysis, whether for products or third parties. With these simple sheets with graphs included the analysis of your activity has never been easier, they gather all the information so that the user has a global view on the different movements related to the product, customer and supplier. The different listings combine good movements, invoices, credit memos, transactions, batches and much more.
Statistics, dashboard 14
Software could not be effective without offering the possibility to take maximum advantage of the information contained in the database and extracting the information necessary for commercial management. Zorg Commercial comes with a very rich set of preconfigured reports and a dashboard offering all basic information needed for management, new custom statistics can be created on demand.
Electronic document management15
Zorg Commercial integrates EDM on several entities: product, customer and supplier, documents, financial transactions…Documents are centralized in the server and users can access them through the dedicated floating bar. Documents are secured through check-in and check-out mechanisms, their modification can be made directly in the software without third-party software. The user can also scan directly from the software and a whole set of features is available in a single interface.

In Zorg’s new business module, you will find everything you need for your business management with new concepts that will revolutionize your working methodology. The entire purchasing-sales cycle is managed, with the addition of workflow management for rigorous document tracking, switch from one document type to another through a very advanced and customizable transformation mechanism, follow the payment deadlines of your third parties.
