DirectWay is a mobile solution for managing many operations such as sales, returns, orders, presales, cash collections in direct distribution… Everything is then synchronized with your Works management software. DirectWay offers many features in a simple and intuitive interface, product choice for example can be done directly through the product photo or with a barcode reader, and the seller can print the tickets on the spot using a Bluetooth printer. Pre-programmed Tours1
The sellers’ tours are pre-programmed, so the path is optimized and the seller’s work is clear and organized. A status is associated to each step of the route, indicating whether the client has already been visited or is to be visited. If the visit has been cancelled, a reason must be entered for greater traceability.
Automated and controlled loading2
With DirectWay, load and unload your merchandise with supervisor control and validation by the seller for a greater sense of responsibility.
Sales, returns, orders, proformas, presales3
All direct distribution transactions can now be made on mobile, this includes sales, returns, orders, proformas but also presales. With DirectWay, the seller enters his documents on site at the mobile application level (quote, customer return, customer order, sales Invoice…).
Sale by selection or barcode4
DirectWay allows you to choose the product via its photo directly for quick identification, thus confusion between several products cannot occur. You can also scan its barcode directly. You can sell by unit or according to a specific packing. DirectWay also manages the batches, so nothing changes as for your work procedure, everything will be synchronized with Works later.
Customer and document Location5
For better control and to save time searching for a customer’s location, DirectWay allows you to add the location associated with the client or document to allow the control to be performed. The comparison of customer and sales/payment document geolocation is used to ensure that the trip has actually occurred.
Product and customer information on mobile6
The work of the seller is made all the more convenient with the availability of information at hand with the mobile application. The seller will have customer and product information at hand. A parameter allows the seller to select the customer by QR Code to avoid confusion and to make sure of the trip; this is valid for the sale and the cancelled visit.

DirectWay also allows tracking of financial transactions, so you can track partial or full payments and cash collection while keeping control of the customer’s max balance.
Print your tickets via Bluetooth8
You have just made a sale and you need to print your ticket. There’s nothing simpler, with a Bluetooth printer print directly from the mobile application. There are several print templates available.
Auto Sync with Works9
View the list of synchronizations done by the sellers by date and time with document reference details.

“DirectWay” solution, the mobile application as well as the extension, is subject to access rights in order to guarantee security. DirectWay is also configurable, so you can manage different aspects in order to meet your needs.
