Works goes in line with Inabex objective to innovate management. It offers a very functionally rich and modern interface encompassing the complete purchasing/sales cycle management. Works offers a variety of innovations. For example, workflow implementation reflecting business operating mechanisms, or the recycle bin to avoid losing anything concerning the activity, to name a few.
Many extensibility mechanisms allow increasing software capabilities to meet larger needs following market evolution, as example Xycomat for logistics management in deliveries and orders and DirectWay solution for direct distribution. The latter is available in Arabic and French on Android and runs on smartphone and tablet.

Frequent errors on documents can be disastrous for normal business operations creating discrepancies that are difficult to detect and correct. Works tackles the problem at the source by moving any deleted document or transaction to the Bin preserving document information with the deletion information as the user name, deletion date, and even the machine name.

Works aims to best assist companies by providing a solid foundation on which to rely on by offering more than 750 access rights. This way, control who does what, display/hide information as you wish for designated people (documents, treasury account, companies) and keeps constantly a journal auditing and tracing all the actions on the system.

The inventory in Works allows inventorying warehouses, double verification, use of inventory terminals, multiple inventories (multiple locations), and deferred inventory (filling in inventory data at a later time)

In Works, cost price is included in the product WAP calculation, this way you will know exactly the margins on each sale document … Are also calculated the different incurred costs, currency price and the various charges: Freight, customs duty, transit and others.

Works integrates EDM on several entities: product, customer/supplier, document, financial transactions and production…Documents are centralized in the server and users can access them through the corresponding dialog box or Information Bar. There are a number of possibilities for users: to copy (or drag and drop) the document to another media, to open the file, or to see the information about it.

Follow your business documents’ evolution by imposing your own management rules with workflows; do not lose any document or transaction through the recycle bin that saves all deletion information. The inventory process has been reviewed with a new approach ensuring consistency and ease of use. The price history feature saves the different changes made in the different prices so that you can more easily follow their progression. For more thorough management, Works now allows you to import WAPs from the previous year. Auto-codification is now also available in Works Starter Edition.
