    Client Selection1

    Upon order creation, the user must first choose a customer from the list. He can either select it directly from the list or search for it by name, code or mobile phone number. Xycomat detects blocked customers and manages the max balance.

    Working in connected / disconnected mode 2

    With Xycomat, the creation of the order can be done without connection (offline or disconnected mode), the person responsible for creating the order can access the product catalog as well as the list of customers and carry out his work without any WiFi connection, once finished, he can connect and synchronize his work with Works.

    He can also directly work online (connected mode), when validating the order on the mobile application, the order will be created automatically in Works. The connected mode can also use 3G.

    Product Selection3

    A product is selected by scanning its barcode or in case of problem it can be entered manually. The selling price is loaded automatically based on the customer tariff.

    Product Photo4

    Products can have photos for a faster selection. The photos are configured in Works and are synchronized once with Xycomat to avoid connection charges (Case 3G).

    Placing orders on hold5

    Xycomat allows you to put on hold one or more orders and save the completed work to be able to resume it later (access right needed).

    When working back on an order, Xycomat verifies the availability of the products based on the actual quantities. The number of orders to put on hold is limited; the administrator must set it from the beginning on the settings.

    Product information in real time6

    To be able to answer on the spot to the customer’s request, the user will have information when selecting a product: the price (according to the customer tariff), the product availability on the various company warehouses. The quantities can be displayed according to the selected packing.

    Order taking in the showroom

    The main task of salespeople is order taking in showrooms; this is the mission that Xycomat accomplishes. It helps the salesman in product selection via the barcode or on the list using the search by code, reference or designation and displays the product information: price and availability.

    Work with two clients at the same time

    Sometimes order taking is interrupted by the customer, the salesman can process another customer then once finished, go back to the first client and continue on his order.

    Distant Showroom

    Xycomat can replace Works on showrooms for order taking. Since it supports working with 3G, users can work remotely from the company’s central office.

    Mobile order taking

    Xycomat supports working offline, i.e. without any connection with the company’s server thus opening immense prospects to the company to develop its commercial expansion.
